In order to get paid the Grafter should submit a 'Payment Request' this will generate an invoice which you can pay.

The worker should submit the Payment Request as detailed by you in the job description. You can of course agree to change when payment will be made with the worker.

You should pay the invoice aligned with the payment terms you defined in the job description.
