The most common reason: attempting to share contact details without purchasing access
Grafter's access model works like this: browsing profiles, posting jobs, and chatting are all free. To view a grafter's contact details, you need to purchase an access package and use a credit.
If our system detects that contact information is being shared through messaging to bypass this step, both accounts may be restricted.
This applies even if it seemed harmless — for example, asking a grafter to send you their phone number in a message before you have purchased access is a violation of platform rules.
Other reasons for suspension
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward grafters
• Leaving deliberately false or malicious reviews
• Attempting to recruit grafters for work without purchasing access
What to do if your account is restricted
Contact support and include your account email address. If this is a first offence related to contact sharing, your account will typically be reviewed and unlocked quickly with a warning.
Repeat violations
Repeated violations will result in longer restrictions or permanent account closure.
