Here are a few potential issues you may experience in the workplace with suggestions on how to deal with them:

My grafter was unprofessional

While it is your responsibility to manage the grafter on the work, it is possible that some grafters don't conduct themselves in the way that you expect of them.

If this is the case, you may consider closing the job early but we recommend agreeing a suitable payment (days worked) with the grafter to compensate them for the time they did spend on the job.

Once you have made the payment you will be able to review and feedback to other clients on the grafter.

My grafter didn't match their profile

Ask them for ID if you feel uncomfortable and if it doesn't match, then you can stand them down if you are not happy. Please ensure to rate the grafter accordingly.

Reporting a serious incident

The first call for any serious incident is the police. However, please also contact us here regarding any unacceptable behaviour so we can see if there is anything that can be done to prevent it happening again.

Profile Deletion

To ensure that the highest standard of grafters is maintained on the Platform, Grafter retains the right to suspend or close the accounts of both grafters and employers if we believe their conduct is unacceptable.
