Before the work starts
To cancel a job just click the 'Cancel' button on the job page.
Plans can change, but please do be respectful and ensure that you contact the grafter to let them know as soon as possible about a cancellation.
After a project has been offered and agreed, you should provide at least a days notice to cancel.
It's good practice for grafters to confirm receipt of a cancellation and its an excellent opportunity to rearrange the date of the job via the Grafter service.
During the Work
If you have already started the job, please speak to the Grafter and explain why the job is finishing early.
You should then return to the job page and pay them as normal for the work up to that day, using the online payment system.
