How it works
After you apply for a job, you'll see a "Boost your application" card on the application page. Click "Promote application", confirm, and 3 credits will be deducted from your balance.
Your application is then pinned to the top of the client's list of applicants and stays there for as long as the job is open.
Cost
Promoting an application costs 3 credits. You can buy credit packs from the Credits page in your account, starting from £18 for 15 credits.
Limited slots — first come, first served
There are only 4 promoted slots per job. Once those slots are taken, no more applications can be promoted on that job. The sooner you apply, the better your chance of getting one.
When should I promote my application?
Promoting works best when:
The job is a good match for your skills and location
You really want to win this particular job
You've already added a strong message to your application
It's not worth promoting every application — save your credits for the jobs that matter to you.
Can I get my credits back?
Credits used to promote an application are non-refundable, even if you don't get the job or the client cancels. Promotion gives you visibility — it doesn't guarantee a hire.
