Browse Grafters
'Browse Grafters' allows clients to browse profiles and hire people without posting a job. Cutting out the barriers of having to post a job, should make it easier for clients to hire and should mean more work available for Grafters.
What Clients See
Logged-out clients will only be able to see an anonymised, short version of your profiles, along with other Grafters in your area. Only when clients have registered and logged in will they be able to view full profiles and your reviews. You can see it in action here.
Optimise Your Profile
Having a good profile will be key to attracting work through this new feature. Make sure you add as many details as possible to your profile. When you get a job make sure you turn up and do a great job to get a good review to add to your profile.
Opting Out of Browse
If you don't want your profile to be shown in Browse then you can opt out. The option is on your profile page. Click the pen icon next to your name and de-select the tick box "Allow clients to find my profile when browsing Grafters" as seen in this screenshot:
