You must now request a payment to get paid.
On the 1st October 2022, we changed the payments to be more like a normal invoicing process. This should make it much clearer for you and the client how and when payments will be made.
Clients now set the payment frequency and terms in the job details. You should then raise a Payment Request as defined in the job. This raises an electronic invoice which is sent to the client to pay. The client should then pay the invoice within the agreed time shown as 'Payment Terms' on the job details.
If you have not received the money and belive you should have been paid, contact the client to politely enquire when you can expect to receive it.
