The email link is not clickable - if this is the case just copy and paste the link into your browser and that will work
No verification email received - If you did not receive an email with the verification code, check your junk or spam folder it may be in there.
Wrong email used - If you didn't receive an email then you may have registered with the wrong email address. In which case register again and make sure you use the right email address!
