It is up to the client to make the payment to you, they enter the time worked on the job to make the payment.

If the amount paid appears to be incorrect in the first instance contact the client, who made the payment and discuss with them why they paid the amount they did and agree how to resolve it.

If the issue is not resolved please contact us and we will try to help, but ultimately the work and payment is an agreement between you and the client.
