If you can still access your registered email address
Go to to the Forgot your password? page.
Enter your registered email address and follow the reset link. Once you are back in, update your phone number in your account settings.
If you cannot access your registered email either
Contact support and provide as many of the following as you can:
Your full name as it appears on your account
The email address you registered with
Your old phone number
The approximate date you created your account
The last job you completed or applied for through Grafter
We use this to verify your identity before recovering your account. For security, we cannot skip this process β it protects you from someone else gaining access to your account.
How long does recovery take?
If you can provide enough identifying information, we can typically recover your account within one working day.
